Our multi-specialty Pediatric Dental and Orthodontic office is a start-up pediatric dental and orthodontic office looking for hard working EFDA that preferably has experience in pediatric dentistry and willing to be cross trained in orthodontics.
We are looking for someone that is well-organized, pays great attention to detail, and enjoys working for children.
We want you to be skilled in providing direct or indirect patient care and we want you to utilize your skills and abilities to the fullest.
We are looking for someone who is excited to join a start-up office and grow with us! The ideal candidate for this position has at least one year of experience, but we are willing to train the right individual.
Responsibilities:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment possessing excellent interpersonal skills such as establishing positive relationships with our team and patients Welcome patients Help make patients and parents feel comfortable Help in hygiene as our office is growing Assist with clinical procedures in both pediatric dentistry and orthodontics Take vitals as needed Select and set up instruments, equipment and material needed Sterilize instruments according to regulations Undertake lab tasks as instructed Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions Keep the dental room clean and well-stocked Schedule appointments Maintain accurate patient records and assist with payment procedures Ideal candidates are eager to learn new procedures, are motivated, a team player and well organized.
Requirements:
EFDA Certification X-Ray Certification Coronal Polishing Sealants Nitrous Monitoring Current CPR Certification Prior knowledge of Open Dental Software is a plus, but not required as we will provide training All levels of experience are encouraged to apply! Job Type:
