Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the food and beverage operations, including but not limited to:
dining areas, kitchen, bar, and banquet facilities.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory and control costs to achieve financial targets.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and employee development.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative ideas to enhance the food and beverage offerings.
Experience:
- Previous experience in food management, hospitality, or food service management is required.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is a plus.
- Familiarity with dietary department operations is preferred.
- Strong kitchen management skills, including menu planning, inventory control, and food cost analysis.
- Proven ability in shift management and scheduling.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Experience in restaurant operations is highly desirable.
