Sparks Group has partnered with a nationwide grocery chain to identify a Store Associate for the Mt Juliet, TN locations.

Responsibilities:
Assist customers with problems or concerns.
Process customer purchases.
Perform general cleaning duties.
Stock shelves and displays neatly to maximize visibility and sales.
Return misplaced items to shelves.
Perform daily work assignments in a timely and effective manner.
Participate in taking store inventory counts according to guidelines.
Execute Curbside pickup orders and customer handoffs.
Qualifications/Background Profile:
At least 18 years old and a high school diploma or equivalent1
year work experience in a retail or grocery environmentAbility to effectively communicate both orally and in writingAbility to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
Ability to perform basic arithmetic such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk about the store.
Ability to stock merchandise from store receiving to shelving; ability to place product, weighing up to 45 pounds, on shelving at various heights.
