We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our growing carwash team.
The Assistant Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining customer satisfaction, and supporting the manager in achieving business goals.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and train team members to provide exceptional customer serviceMonitor and maintain equipment to ensure it is operating efficientlyOversee daily operations and ensure all tasks are completed on timeAddress customer concerns and complaints in a professional mannerManage inventory levels and place orders as necessaryAssist with creating schedules and assigning tasks to team membersEnsure the facility is clean, organized, and well-maintainedSupport the manager in achieving goalsParticipate in staff meetings and training sessions to improve overall performanceRequirements:
