We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Product Assembler to join our team at DeadEyeVR.
The Product Assembler will play a crucial role in our production process by assembling 3D printed products with precision and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
This position is ideal for someone who is well-organized, has experience with lean manufacturing practices, is comfortable with repetitive tasks, and can work effectively with hand tools.
Key
Responsibilities:
Assemble 3D printed products in accordance with established procedures and quality standards.
Follow detailed instructions and work orders to ensure the accurate and efficient assembly of products.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to facilitate the assembly process.
Perform quality checks to identify and rectify any defects or imperfections.
Operate hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently to complete assembly tasks.
Collaborate with team members to streamline assembly processes and improve efficiency.
Report any issues or inconsistencies in the assembly process to the supervisor.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and suggest enhancements to assembly procedures.
Meet production targets and deadlines to support the company's overall goals.
Qualifications:
No experience necessary but previous experience in product assembly or a related field is a plus.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices is preferred.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Strong organizational skills to maintain an efficient workflow.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
Comfortable with repetitive tasks and able to maintain focus and precision.
Proficiency in using hand tools and equipment safely.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions closely.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities as needed.
Reliable transportation is required.
A $500 signing bonus will be provided after 2 weeks as well as an additional $500 bonus after 90 days.
