Must have the ability to work in a fast pace atmosphere and be able to multitask.
Avenue Animal Hospital is seeking a receptionist to join our caring and dedicated team.
We are an AAHA accredited small animal hospital devoted to a high standard of medicine with consistent and superior customer service.
Duties of the receptionist include, but are not limited to:
Opening/closing responsibilities Answering and directing calls Scheduling all appointments Client education Invoicing Record keeping Ideal candidates are:
Well organized Able to multi-task Hardworking and detail orientated Possess strong communication skills Team players Provide the utmost level of customer service to our clients.
Proficient in computer and telephone skills Experience in Veterinary field preferred.
