HEICO is currently recruiting for the position of a Administrative Customer Support Representative.
Role: Main point of contact for customers; responsible for all parts of fulfilling customer orders for new and overhauled parts, starting with the initial quote to shipping of orders. Focuses on new business development, maintaining customer relationships, and troubleshooting specific customer problems. This position is for the intermediate level sales professional with developing product and market knowledge
The successful candidate must:
Interact with a diverse selection of both domestic and international customers
Respond to customer requests for quote, providing price and delivery. This will be by facsimile, email and over the phone.
Receive in parts for repair, and where necessary, coordinate with customers and business unit on delivery and order exceptions. Provide regular customer status reports.
Provide detailed repair quotes to customer and regularly follow up with customers for approval.
Prepare ad-hoc reports (using HEICO proprietary software and Excel).
Organize and file documents accordingly for regulatory or audit purpose.
Job Requirements :
Experience:
-Undergraduate AS or BS degree preferred, preferably in Business or Finance.
-Knowledge or background in sales, customer support, and /or maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) industry is desired.
-Computer fkills: Solid computer skills (high competency in MS Excel and Word, etc.)
-Mathematical skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
-Reasoning ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
