The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for providing technical HR expertise to support HR Manager with various HR functions and initiatives including, but not limited to, assistance with proactive planning, organizing, and implementing processes and programs in areas such as employee relations, performance management, orientation, recruitment, diversity, and miscellaneous projects.
Qualifications:
- High School Degree or GED required
- HR Generalist experience
- Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
